The Technological Resilience Management Department is currently looking for an IT service management advisor. Your role is to maintain and develop the service resilience posture in case of crisis by overseeing Desjardins Group’s technological and human resources to meet objectives and compliance requirements. You lead and influence practitioners on development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions.
