The Technological Resilience Management Department is currently looking for an IT service management advisor. Your role is to maintain and develop the service resilience posture in case of crisis by overseeing Desjardins Group’s technological and human resources to meet objectives and compliance requirements. You lead and influence practitioners on development projects and highly innovative, complex strategic initiatives involving multiple sectors. You help develop and recommend strategic directions and business positions. More specifically, you will be required to:Advise and support your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives under your responsibilityDevelop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiativesIdentify and analyze issues; report major issues; produce diagnoses; and make recommendations to decision-making bodiesRepresent your unit before senior management committees and decision-making bodiesRepresent and negotiate on behalf of Desjardins and enter the organization into agreements with external partners and organizationsRefine the testing and simulation strategy for resilience plans in line with Desjardins Group’s digital strategiesSimultaneously manage multiple projects of varying scope and complexityEnsure team performance and quality control, and identify IT recovery standards, methods and proceduresHelp analyze risks and impacts, and develop risk management strategies for IT resilienceEnsure practitioners comply with processesEnsure that activities comply with all requirements (regulatory, security, etc.)What we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment
