- 2-3 years of experience in the Commercial Division

- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Typing speed of at least 55 wpm
- Acts as a liaison between client, Account Managers, Account Executives and Marketers
- Update client information as changes occurs
- Answer account related questions/requests from clients, lawyers, and banks
- Provide policy and coverage information to clients upon request or inquiry
- Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT)
- Accounting experience
- EPIC, Policy Works, CSR24 and Certificate Exchange experience
- Delivers exceptional customer experience to internal and external customers
- Demonstrates good technical insurance knowledge of coverages
- Follows Hub Service Guidelines
- Demonstrates commitment to team work by supporting Account Executive/Account Manager and Marketer with all aspects of servicing commercial accounts
- Acts as primary Customer Service Contact in the absence of Account Executive/Account Manager
- Responds to customer requests directly (or indirectly from Account Executive/Account Manager), submits information to appropriate insurance companies and binds coverage where appropriate
- Attends Critical Path meetings; follows up on action items required by Account Executive/Account Manager, Marketer or Servicer
- Prepares proposals, rate sheets, customer correspondence, certificates, and invoices as per agency standards
- Prepares cover notes on accounts marketed by production team
- Processes all documentation according to Hub workflows

- Reviews and manages Account Reconciliation with Accounting Team
- Reviews and prioritizes all assigned tasks on a daily basis including company mail, emails, abeyances/activities
- Maintains accuracy of electronic files that may be housed in EPIC, Policy Works, Certificate Exchange. CSR24 and physical files as per agency standards
- Reviews and ensures accuracy of policy documentation from insurers
- Continues professional development in order to develop skills and knowledge
- Protects HUB from E&O
