Our certified specialists use innovative technologies to protect millions of homes and businesses throughout Canada.Rentokil-Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Customer Experience Representative to be a part of our fast-paced team. This is an onsite position based out of our Saint John's office.Address: 24 Mews Pl, St. John's, NL A1B 4G3Salary: $40,560 - 43,680 annuallyWork hours: 8 am - 5 pm ADTThe duties and responsibilities of the Customer Experience Representative include, but are not limited to, the following:ï‚· Maintaining strong customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speedand professionalismï‚· Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls, completing web forms and responding to emailsï‚· Entering and processing orders for new and existing customersï‚· Investigating issues and resolving customer complaintsï‚· Updating and managing customer databasesï‚· Actively promoting Terminix products and servicesï‚· Monitoring the route and status of field technicians to coordinate and prioritize their scheduleï‚· Relaying work orders, messages, and information to and from technicians and field managementï‚· Constantly improving results by adhering to a philosophy of service excellence, and following business processesï‚· Providing an outstanding customer experience to all customersï‚· Available to work as required based on customer needsï‚· Performing other dutiesRequirements:ï‚· Persuasive communication skills and lots of personality!ï‚· Sales oriented, has the ability to identify sales opportunities within a service environmentï‚· Energetic, positive and self motivatedï‚· Naturally empathetic, with the ability to build a strong rapportï‚· Excellent communication skills - both verbal and writtenï‚· Professional demeanor, stellar phone etiquetteï‚· Able to perform successfully in a high paced, results-oriented environmentï‚· Ability to build relationships and communicate with a broad range of peopleï‚· Well organized, energetic and reliableï‚· Ability to work independently in a busy environmentï‚· Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all timesï‚· At least one year's experience in a Call Centre role answering phone calls and emailsï‚· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and other applicable computer programsï‚· Bilingual English/French an assetï‚· High school diploma - College preferredï‚· Will have to undergo a criminal background checkï‚· Will be required to wear a headset, input data and sit for long periods of timeBenefits:
