- Champion a refined, consistent guest experience aligned with Rosewood standards.
- Own performance against guest satisfaction metrics including LQA, brand audits, internal guest feedback, and applicable external benchmarks.
- Proactively analyze guest feedback and implement service enhancements.
- Serve as an ambassador for Reflections, building strong relationships with guests and the local community.
- Ensure service recovery procedures are followed and guest concerns are resolved effectively.
- Full P&L ownership for Reflections, including revenue growth, cost control, and margin optimization.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans.
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Drive profitability through labor optimization, menu performance, purchasing discipline, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with payroll, purchasing, and financial reporting standards.
- Ensure day-to-day operations consistently meet Rosewood service and quality standards.
- Maintain strong visibility during service periods, supporting teams and engaging with guests.
- Oversee scheduling and labor planning in line with business volumes and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, liquor, and employment regulations.
- Collaborate closely with Culinary, Sales & Marketing, and other hotel departments.
- Ensure proper care, maintenance, and control of equipment and assets.
- Utilize operational and financial systems to support decision-making and performance management.
- Demonstrate proficiency with, or a strong willingness to learn, systems such as Avero, OpenTable, Unifocus Labor Standards, and POS platforms.
- Leverage data to drive efficiency, revenue optimization, and guest satisfaction.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience within luxury or lifestyle food and beverage operations.
- Proven experience managing teams, financial performance, and elevated guest experiences.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of commercial and financial acumen.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
