This large national company operating in both the US and Canada is currently looking to train and groom the next experienced Plant Manager to lead and coordinate the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This key leadership role encompasses oversight of production, maintenance, quality assurance, safety, logistics, and customer service. The Plant Manager is responsible for ensuring that all manufacturing activities are executed efficiently and consistently, aligning with productivity targets while upholding high standards of safety and product quality.
