- Support sales enablement by delivering work orders and processing completed sales transactions.
- Ensure timely processing of work orders, including billing changes, payment processing fee changes, and payment gateway migrations, among others.
- Partner with internal teams to handle nuanced or special case work orders effectively.
- Become proficient in all sales-managed billing systems and processes and stay updated with relevant product and organizational information to optimize role effectiveness.
- Develop business cases for automating work order processes to enhance billing procedures.
- Deliver monthly customer and financial reporting for managed accounts.
- Collaborate with Sales, Sales Operations, and Support teams to establish efficient processes and change management activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience with a Billing system, such as ARIA, Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, Chargebee.
- 2+ years of experience in Work Order Processing, invoicing and data entry/clerical experience in a technical environment.
- Proficiency in navigating and operating various software tools required for processing work orders.
- Excellent communication skills tailored to maintain strong, trusting working relationships with sales, operations, and internal billing team of all levels.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented and decision making skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating effective planning and organization in managing oneself and projects.
