Job PostingAre you ready for a tasty challenge?Role overview:The Facilities Maintenance and Repair Coordinator is responsible for supporting the depot teams with building maintenance and repairs, as well as facility relocations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor project milestones, risks, and action plans. Travel (75% of allocated time) is required. You will ensure that facilities meet the structural standards of our FSQ program.Salary range: 75k-80kWhat Wonderbrands offers:

Your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Maintenance & Repair Support
  • Coordinate and follow up on maintenance and repair requests for assigned depots
  • Communicate with contractors and internal partners to schedule and complete work
  • Track open requests and ensure timely resolution
  • Conduct periodic site visits to identify maintenance needs
  • Assist in prioritizing repairs based on urgency and operational impact
  • Perform minor/basic repairs when required
Preventive Maintenance
  • Support the coordination of preventive maintenance activities
  • Assist in identifying local vendors for routine maintenance services
  • Maintain records of completed preventive maintenance work
Vendor & Administrative Support
  • Assist with onboarding new suppliers in SAP
  • Maintain updated supplier contact lists
  • Support invoice processing and basic cost tracking
  • Provide updates on project timelines and outstanding items
Facility Projects Support
  • Assist with documentation and tracking of milestones
  • Support compliance with company safety and facility standards
Requirements and desired profile:
  • Post-secondary studies in business or a related field
  • At least 3 years of relevant project management experience in a distribution and warehousing environment is preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 75% of the time to all depots and distribution centers (Alberta, British Colombia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan)
  • Completely autonomous and capable of managing his responsibilities independently
  • Basic knowledge of financial reports
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Passion for thriving in a constantly evolving environment with changing priorities.
  • Capable of performing basic or minor repairs when necessary
  • Fully autonomous and capable of managing his responsibilities independently
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Capable of managing multiple sites simultaneously
