
Operations Coordinator

- Weekly payroll for hourly and agency team members – submission every Monday at 7:00 AM PST.
- Collaborate with the supervisor to identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly and accurately.
- Facilitate the complete onboarding process for all hourly team members.
- Process and complete requisitions submitted by all hourly team members in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate with Cintas to ensure accurate and timely uniform delivery for all team members, maintaining required inventory levels and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain, organize filing system, and update databases and other information as required.
- Receive, distribute, and prepare mail for courier services.
- Ensure all correspondence, communication and reports are dealt with in a timely and confidential manner.
- Respond efficiently to all requests for office supplies and coordinate servicing of office equipment.
- Organize Town Halls and employee recognition events.
- Maintaining plant budget files in various accounts and budget accruals on a period basis.
- Maintaining hourly team members' confidential records including their personal information, training records and disciplinary actions.
- All other duties as required.
- Completion of high school: College degree an asset.
- 3+ years' experience as an assistant in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Exceptional coordination and time management skills required.
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Superior organizational, administrative and project planning skills.
- Self-directed with ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
- Detail oriented.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external contacts.
- Able to work well with a variety of people and maintain confidentiality.
- SAP knowledge is an asset.
