And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.Required Technical and Professional Expertise:Federal Government Secret Level II Clearance required or ability to obtain within short notice.5 to 7 years of experience in:Middleware Platforms:Bizztalk experienceStrong Microsoft IIS experiencePingID softwareIBM GKLM knowledge / experience (old SKLM)Miscellaneous small tools eg browsers, file management, PowerShell scriptingDenodo awarenessArcGIS awarenessRSA Authentication Manager knowledge/experienceOperating Systems:Strong Microsoft Windows Server knowledgeRed Hat Linux platform knowledge/experienceAIX platform knowledge/experienceAvailability:Willingness to provide 24x7 support and participate in an on-call rotation.Evenings and weekend work as required.Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong documentation skills to maintain accurate records of configurations and troubleshooting steps.
  • Understanding of IT policies and industry regulations.
  • Fluent English, french would be an asset
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for workflow integration and reporting
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to lead technical workshops and executive reviews.
  • In-depth knowledge of Middleware, performance tuning , troubleshooting post patching.
