- Install commercial overhead doors, operators, and related hardware
- Read and interpret job instructions, layouts, and site requirements
- Load, transport, and unload materials safely and efficiently
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete installations accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Work safely at heights and follow all company safety procedures
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Complete job documentation and ensure work is performed to Dodds standards
- Participate in team support and assist with other assigned duties as needed
- Commercial installation work may include sectional doors, rolling steel doors, openers, and barrier gate systems.
Job Requirement:
- Previous experience in commercial overhead door installation
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to lift and handle physical job demands
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools daily
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- Valid G-Class driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Clear criminal background check required
- Commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
