
Research Coordinator, MBMM (Temporary)

- Participating in-person at research sites and engagement opportunities;
- Carrying out literature reviews/jurisdictional scans;
- Developing logic models and designing community-based programs and support;
- Program delivery and education;
- Program evaluation (process, outcome, realist);
- Creation of knowledge translation materials (with emphasis on visual/low-text communication materials);
- Scheduling and other administrative duties;
- Assisting in the completion of a project report that details the research findings;
- Performing other related duties, as assigned.
- Possess a Master's degree in Health, Social Sciences, or related field, or have amassed the appropriate knowledge through life experience;
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in design evaluation studies and analyzing results, maintaining relationships with appropriate regional and local groups, and developing a wide range of educational material;
- Proficiency with current computer applications (e.g., the Microsoft Office Suite), social media platforms, and data analysis software (e.g., R, SPSS, NVivo) and survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics) considered an asset;
- Experience in Project Management and Program Delivery is required.
