To assist the lawyer with the day to day handling of the family law files.
To draft correspondence with client, counsels, and courts.
To draft legal documents to include, court filings, pleadings, motion materials, case conference briefs, affidavits, financial statements etc.
To communicate with clients, court authorities, counsels, and other parties.Qualifications
At least 2 years of Family Law Clerk experience.
Excellent oral and written communication skills [this position needs very strong skills in writing and drafting legal documentation]
Thorough working knowledge of Family Law Rules and Procedures.Summary
