We are looking for an experienced Mine Supervisor. This position plays a critical leadership role in the safe and efficient execution of mine operations. Reporting to the Superintendent, this position is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring daily field activities to meet production targets while ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards. This role provides clear direction to crews, supports operational decision-making, and proactively identifies and resolves issues that may impact performance.Join our True Blue team today!Essential Responsibilities:
Utilize manpower, equipment and materials safely and efficiently to maximize production and efficient cost management.
Communicate, coordinate and plan daily work activity with management and other production supervisors.

Responsible for allocated workload and must meet all targets as agreed with your Line Manager. You must contribute towards the smooth running of the organization generally
Ensure personnel are trained in operation of equipment or tasks before performing work
Maintain accurate data/records/documentation as required, including timesheets and cost accounting
Basic understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point
Inspect work areas daily to identify unsafe conditions and implements necessary corrections
Lead by example and promote safety as a value and ensure compliance of others supervised with mine plans, company, site and provisional safety rules and regulations
Conduct safety meetings for crews
Qualifications:
3+ years of operations experience as a foreman, lead hand, or in a similar direct supervisory role
Understanding of current mining practices, construction documents, costs and budgets
Ability to plan and manage a project schedule, developing potential solutions for moderate situations within defined guidelines
Ability to communicate clearly, collaborating with multiple project stakeholders while building and managing a diverse team
Basic computer and iPad skills for working with applications to build Timesheets, Daily Reports, Quantity Tracking, Inventory, Cost Coding
