There's a seat at our table for you...Seasonal Delivery Helper Position Highlights:Pay: 21.90 per hourOvertime paid at time and a half after 40 hours/weekShifts: Mon-Fri, 3-5AM start time, 9-11 hour shiftsContract: Finishing September with potential for extension through the fallLocation:Miramichi, NBResponsibilities include:Providing exceptional service to build and maintain quality customer relationshipsManually sorting and unloading food products and hand-wheeling them into the customer locations with the use of ramps and occasionally stairs (approx. 600 - 1000 cases/shift)Performing product delivery verification at the customer location and maintaining customer invoicesFollowing health and safety and safe work proceduresFollow company policies and proceduresQualifications:Must be at least 18 years of age or olderPhysically fit and able to repeatedly lift, stack, pull and carry heavy items (up to 80 lbs.)Strong communication and customer service skills with English fluencyPrevious manual labour experience is preferredAbility to work in a variety of weather, temperature and road conditionsWorking ConditionsDelivering outdoors in all seasonal weatherMust be able to handle all types of food and beverage products including seafood, beef, pork, produce, wine, nuts, spices, milk, eggs, etc.We thank all applicants for their interest, however only those selected for the next stage will be contacted.
