What You’ll Be Doing as the Finance Manager
  • Leading financial operations including reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance
  • Managing CRA charitable requirements, donor receipting, and regulatory filings
  • Supervising and mentoring a finance team and aligning team goals with strategy
  • Overseeing treasury and investment administration, including cash flow and FX hedging
  • Administering and improving finance systems including Sage Intacct and donor databases
  • Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate reporting and controls
About You as the Finance Manager
  • You’re a CPA or close to completion, with a background in not-for-profit or charitable finance
  • You’re experienced with CRA regulations and charitable receipting standards
  • You’re skilled in system administration and open to leading tech transitions
  • You bring intercultural competence and align with a Christian faith-based work environment
