- Leading financial operations including reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance
- Managing CRA charitable requirements, donor receipting, and regulatory filings
- Supervising and mentoring a finance team and aligning team goals with strategy
- Overseeing treasury and investment administration, including cash flow and FX hedging
- Administering and improving finance systems including Sage Intacct and donor databases
- Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate reporting and controls
- Youre a CPA or close to completion, with a background in not-for-profit or charitable finance
- Youre experienced with CRA regulations and charitable receipting standards
- Youre skilled in system administration and open to leading tech transitions
- You bring intercultural competence and align with a Christian faith-based work environment
