Our Spa Associates are a critical link by contributing to our customers receiving nothing short of an exceptional spa experience!RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome and greet clients/guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards, and upgrades
- Follow proper office procedures/file maintenance
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment and appearance
- Display a positive, energetic attitude
- Possess Windows computer knowledge/skills
- Perform various other duties as assigned
- 1-3 years experience working in a customer service or membership-driven environment
- Experience working in a sales and/or hospitality environment is considered an asset
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts as needed
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work as a team player and independently
