  • Overseeing the day to day execution of civil infrastructure projects, serving as the primary on site leader from mobilization through completion
  • Coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials
  • Enforcing safety standards and regulatory compliance
  • Managing schedules, sequencing, and productivity in the field
  • Ensuring work meets quality and specification requirements
  • Supporting and developing forepeople and junior field staff
  • Identifying constructability issues and operational risks early
  • Acting as the company's on site representative project stakeholders
About YouYou are a field leader who takes pride in running organized, safe, and productive sites. You know how to balance schedule pressures with quality and safety. You understand the importance of building strong teams and solid working relationships.You enjoy being present on site, working through challenges, and managing diverse relationships to keep work moving in the right direction.Your background likely includes:
  • Several years' experience as a Superintendent on heavy civil or infrastructure projects
  • Exposure to transit, municipal infrastructure, power generation, earthworks, or another relevant civil contracting environment
  • A strong working knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and safety requirements
  • Proven ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
  • Clear communication and a calm, solutions oriented approach
  • An interest in progressing toward larger projects and bigger responsibilities
