- Systems requirement management by liaising between the Business/Business Analyst, Technology vendors, business stakeholders, and other subject matter expert to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage system requirements.
- You will be assessing current capabilities, understanding high-level business requirements and applying technical background/understanding in the development of system requirements and functional documents.
- Assessing the needs of a business client and looking for opportunities to develop and grow the business through effective use of technology; collaborate with Business Analysts and other Technology professionals to determine if solutions currently exist (internally or externally) or whether new solutions are feasible, and determine how such solutions will impact existing work processes and systems, and how to manage the integration
- Data mapping, understanding flow of data from source to target systems, well versed with process flows
- Hands on experience working in Agile methodology and Jira, Confluence.
- Prior experience working in name screening applications like Nice Actimize, Watchlist management etc.
- Must have AML experience, name screening, ETL rules and working on data mapping documents.
- 5-7 years relevant management experience specifically with portfolio management and financial management.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Can collaborate effectively with others to establish and execute on common goals.
- Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
- Graduate Degree preferred.
