- Lead the sales team to achieve budgeted targets for ocean
- Drive revenue growth and profit optimization across all
- Expand non-ocean logistics activities with emphasis on
- Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) within the
- Act on customer feedback to enhance service delivery and
insights and feedback.
- Provide qualified leads to Customer Acquisition (BDV)
- Build and maintain a high-performing sales team with strong
- Coach and mentor direct reports for performance
- Ensure succession planning for key roles, including own
- Foster team engagement and a culture of continuous
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5-10 years of external sales experience in transportation
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry
- Proven leadership and team development capabilities
- Expertise in sales strategy, process, and execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce.com and MS Office Suite
- Willingness to travel frequently
