- Produce and review monthly financial statements, including period-end entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis versus budget and forecasts
- Develop and maintain dashboards (KPIs, margins, revenues, profitability) to support decision-making
- Lead the budgeting and reforecasting process, ensuring consistency of assumptions with the teams
- Develop financial models for planning, growth scenarios, and financing needs
- Participate in acquisition transactions (M&A): analysis, modeling, due diligence, and integration
- Identify and implement process improvements (automation, standardization, shortening closing timelines)
- Strengthen internal controls and structure processes to ensure the reliability of financial information
- Act as a business partner to management through targeted analyses (profitability, pricing, resource allocation)
- Supervise a small finance team, supporting skills development and ensuring the quality of deliverablesQualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation considered an asset
- 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounting or in an accounting firm
- Experience in a multinational or high-growth environment highly desired
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, D365, or equivalent) as well as reporting and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills, professional rigor, and great attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment, to effectively prioritize, and to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with various financial and operational teamsSummary
