Position Type: Seasonal Full-Time (April - November), with potential for year-round employmentSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on client needs.

Salary:

About the Role:We are seeking an Experienced Epoxy Technician to join our skilled crew. As an Epoxy Technician, you will work on a variety of projects across the city, applying specialized materials to pavement and concrete surfaces to deliver high-quality results for our clients.Job Summary:As a Floor Coating Technician, you will operate specialized equipment and apply epoxy flooring and other concrete-related coatings. Your role will ensure that our clients' assets are well-protected and maintained to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate equipment to apply epoxy flooring, concrete coatings, and assist with asphalt-related coatings when necessary.
  • Plan and manage projects to ensure top-quality production.
  • Maintain clear, daily communication with the Operations Manager regarding job status.
  • Ensure that job sites are safe, clean, and free of hazards.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • A valid G-Class driver’s license with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required).
  • Reliable mode of transportation to and from job sites.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality are essential.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
  • Background in engineering is a plus.
