- Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, requirements, and objectives related to human capital management
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather and document detailed functional and technical requirements
- Design end-to-end solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules to address client requirements
- Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications according to best practices and client specifications
- Customize functionalities and processes to meet unique client needs
- Lead the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM solutions, including data migration, integration, testing, and deployment activities
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and project team members
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate end-users and TELUS team members on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM functionalities and best practices
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions to empower client teams to independently manage and maintain the implemented solutions
- Oracle HCM Cloud Functional: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Time and Labor
- Oracle HCM Technical: OIC, HDL, HSDL, Flex Fields, BIP, OTBI, Extracts and Fast Formulas
- PeopleSoft Functional Modules: PeopleSoft HRMS 9.2 (Core HR, Base Benefits, NA Payroll, Profile Management Recruiting, Self-Service Modules)
- PeopleSoft Tools: People Tools 8. x (Application Designer, People Code, Application Engine, Process Scheduler, PeopleSoft Security, Component Interface, Workflow, Data Mover and STAT/ PHIRE)
- With 6 or more years of experience in a relevant IT area (Functional, Development, QA, PM, Architecture) or 8+ years in general Information Systems
- With over 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud techno- Functional & PeopleSoft HRMS/HCM modules
- Experience working with a payroll processing organization, Learning Management, and Health Safety and Wellness will be a valuable asset.
- University degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering, or related disciplines
- Known for your product test planning and execution, requirements analysis, requirements management/documentation, use cases, UML / object modeling
- With other technical skills as per the team/project focus (e.g. Oracle)
- Sound understanding of Business process modeling
- Hands-on experience with REST API
- Payroll Certification
- Experience with OpenShift/DevOps OR Project Management is an asset
