- Work experience as a nurse practitioner
- Exceptional collaboration with other groups and the ability to work under pressure
- Leadership experience, education or professional development
- Current registration with the BCCNP as a Nurse Practitioner in family or adult practice
- Successful completion of an approved Nurse Practitioner program, holding a Master of Nursing, Master of Science in Nursing or equivalent
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

- Experience in an industrial, emergency or critical care setting and experience with health surveillance testing and programs
- A high level of knowledge and the ability to interpret relevant medical and operational guidelines, protocols, policies and procedures
- Technical knowledge of health and wellness programs, standards and processes, including disability case management, return to work programs, medical surveillance and wellness programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Collaborate with others in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value
- Hold others accountable, and expect others to do the same
- You will work out of our camp-based client site. Accommodations & meals provided
- The working schedule will be 14 days on and 14 days off rotation
- On-call and extended hours may be required after hours when operational and business requirements indicate
- You may be required to travel to other sites
