Systematix is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager - eCRM Program to support our client, a Provincial Government client.This role will support enterprise-level transformation initiatives across government departments, focused on modernizing service delivery through technology.This is an embedded, full-time engagement with a mix of remote and on-site work. The successful candidate will provide leadership, governance, and hands-on delivery across complex IT initiatives.This is a high-visibility role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and delivery leadership in a dynamic government environment.LOCATION AND WORK HOURS
Location: Hybrid within Canada and Open to travel on-site when required, to Atlantic Canada.
Work Hours: Monday-Friday aligned with Atlantic Time business hours (7.5 hrs/day)
Start Date: Targeted Q2 2026 (or sooner)
Duration: 12-month engagement. Projected start date April 13, 2026 (potential for extensions)THE ROLE - Project Manager - eCRM ProgramAs the Project Manager - eCRM Program, you will lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, governance standards, and delivery expectations. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive successful outcomes across complex initiatives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk logs
  • Manage stakeholder engagement, communication, and governance structures
  • Lead cross-functional teams and vendors
  • Support procurement and evaluation of technology solutions
  • Ensure alignment with government policies and standards
  • Drive change management and adoption initiatives
  • Deliver executive reporting and status updates
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • 7+ years of enterprise IT project management experience
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex projects
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Experience in government or regulated environments
  • Proven ability to manage risks, budgets, and timelines
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with CRM implementations (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
  • Experience working in Agile environments
  • Experience managing customer-facing digital platforms
PAY DISCLOSURE
Intermediate PM (7-10 years): $90 - $110 per hour
Senior PM (10+ years): $110 - $130 per hourCompensation is commensurate with experience and market conditions.AI DISCLOSURE
