Known for their collaborative approach, strong safety culture, and ability to operate in highly structured environments, they’re trusted across Ontario for technically challenging builds.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily on-site operations from structural to finishesCoordinate trades and consultants, maintaining schedule and quality targetsEnforce health and safety protocols on a highly organized, professional siteEnsure documentation and reporting are maintained through construction software toolsCommunicate proactively with project managers, consultants, and stakeholdersMonitor site productivity and help resolve site-level challenges efficientlyQualifications10+ years of experience in ICI construction, ideally with new build commercial or institutional workFamiliar with complex logistics, steel and concrete construction, and building envelope systemsStrong documentation and digital proficiency (Procore, MS Project, etc.)Professional demeanor suited to structured work environments such as energy or public-sector sitesExceptional leadership and communication skillsCompensation$115K–$140K base salary depending on experienceVehicle allowance or company vehicleComprehensive health and dental benefits
