Preferred Location Montreal or WinnipegThe SAP Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for supporting their transformation strategy through the management of cloud, on-premise and hybrid implementation initiatives.The candidate has the qualifications and business acumen to manage large scale, high risk, strategic projects that span clients IT and organizational boundaries including multiple business units and service partners/vendors. The candidate will provide leadership to IT departments and cross-functional teams to deliver process transformation and project management expertise to deliver program outputs on time, on budget with quality.The Technical Delivery Lead will be responsible for the success of delivering the technical transformation elements of clients complex SAP program. They will ensure adherence to SAPs Activate project management methodology and adopting SAP best practice business processes and technology. The candidate will provide leadership to clients IT organization and manage the relationships with SAP and their system integrator. They will enforce adherence and track the delivery of all responsibilities associated with each vendors Statement of Work (SOW).Key Skills include:

- Transition to Operations and application managed service modernization capabilities across Service Desk, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
- Optimizing support team structures and procedures and minimizing implementation timelines, on-going maintenance and support costs
- Managing client Teams (Development, Reporting, Data Conversion, Integration and Security)
- Managing SAP Relationship with SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS), SAP Cloud Application Services (CAS), SAP Max Attention and SAP Account Manager
- Iterative Agile delivery methods
- Performing Process Mapping and Blueprinting
- Implementing global templates, real-time data platforms
- Quantifying financial targets and meeting KPIs
- Resource Management (interviewing and hiring and task assignment)
- On-boarding procedures including understanding of virtual desktop image builds, hardware distribution and management
- Monitoring and controlling large complex ERP programs through Status Reporting, Issue and Escalation Management
- Defining project implementation and innovation roadmaps and Enterprise Architecture artifacts and deliverables
- Assessing and Sequencing of Project Initiatives
- Developing Cutover and Dual Maintenance strategies
- Assessing and defining business benefits and mitigating technical risks
- Establishing Executive Alignment between business and IT
- Setting up Governance Models for large programs
Security
- End-user security role mapping and assignments for the ERP back-end
- Managing Personal and Sensitive Information and Data masking techniques
- Monitoring and maintaining IT-controls
- Integration technologies (Secured file transfer, OData APIs, scripting, web services) and Service-oriented architectures
- Managing multi-vendor (Mulesoft, SAP, IBM) Enterprise Service Buses (ESBs)environments
- Implementing Data Management practices (Data Archiving, Data profiling, Data Selection and Extraction, Data Transformation, Augmentation and Load, Data Remediation and Data Verification approaches
- Understanding of ERP Master Data domains, transactional data objects, open items and data distribution
- Developing Efficient consolidated reporting and planning strategies
- Defining and implementing Data Warehousing strategies
- Minimizing custom-defined development and maximizing standard process adoptions within the ERP back-end
- SAP Restful Application Programming
- Regression testing and automated test script planning, execution and maintenance
