- Create a region wide business plan that will achieve and exceed sales and margin targets for the region.
- Develop and grow key Integration partners who will drive usage among their end users.
- Discover and cultivate key A&E specifiers in the region who will support and specify 2N and Axis products in project based opportunities.
- Develop key relationships with distribution branches that support 2N and Axis.
- Work with the Canadian team to develop best practices and transfer knowledge within
- Identify and participate in key industry events, meetings, trade shows, conferences and associations promoting 2N/Axis within the industry.
- Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and pipelines using Salesforce. Keep all reporting up to date on a weekly basis and achieve pipeline and opportunity targets as set by sales management.
- Be a team player working with all 2N and Axis personnel to advance our overall business.
- Work always with the highest level of ethics and proper business etiquette.
- Achieve monthly and annual quotas.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- 5+ years in sales driven position
- Strong technical background
- Fluent in Microsoft Office applications
- Employee is occasionally required to lift 20-25 lbs.
- Expected travel time for this position is approximately 50-60%.
