- Developing and maintaining relationships with contractors, OEMs, and industrial end users
- Reviewing technical requirements and recommending appropriate solutions involving motors, drives, and power distribution equipment
- Preparing detailed quotations, processing sales orders, and issuing purchase orders using ERP systems
- Coordinating closely with manufacturers and internal departments to ensure accurate lead times and smooth order execution
- Managing customer inquiries related to product selection, warranty, and technical support
- Tracking order progress and proactively communicating updates to stakeholders
- Supporting forecasting activities, pipeline management, and reporting for leadership
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through responsive and organized account management
- Experience in an inside sales or technical sales support role within the industrial or commercial electrical sector
- Working knowledge of variable frequency drives (VFDs), electric motors, and low- to medium-voltage switchgear
- Exposure to quoting projects for industrial or large commercial facilities is considered an asset
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, with the ability to interpret basic technical documentation
- Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
