- Translate inbound business priorities into capability needs and input into the inbound technology and analytics roadmap in partnership with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams.
- Partner with Product, Technology, and Analytics teams to enable aligned solution delivery for all current and future Inbound Technology applications/platforms
- Drive execution and adoption of inbound reporting and analytics across global teams.
- Own inbound reporting and metric governance, ensuring data integrity, consistent definitions, and aligned reporting practices in partnership with the Global Fulfillment Analytics CoEs
- Manage and improve the inbound reporting landscape for speed, usability, and relevance.
- Identify improvement opportunities through analysis and operational performance monitoring.
- Support capability development and change adoption under Director guidance.
- University or above in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Management, Computer Science or Data Science. Scrum Master certification a plus.
- 8+ years of logistics and supply chain technology experiences, preferably with retail background.
- Managed strategic initiative development, implementation and evaluation.
- Strong analytics and system solutions skills.
- Ability to multi-task a must
- Mathematical, statistical and financial structure knowledge a plus
