Pay Range: $47.92 - $55.36 per hourIntroductionWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our SAP testing efforts. This role is crucial for ensuring the quality and success of our SAP implementations, particularly within the Energy & Utilities industry.Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in testing roles, including 5 years as a Test Manager
- Strong experience in SAP testing, preferably with SAP IS-U or utilities-focused SAP implementations
- Experience managing testing for both greenfield and brownfield SAP programs
- Hands-on experience with manual testing methodologies and QA best practices
- Strong experience overseeing and integrating automation testing within SAP projects
- Knowledge of automation tools such as Tricentis Tosca, Worksoft Certify, or similar SAP-focused platforms
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
- Experience managing complex test cycles across multiple systems and vendor partners
- Strong understanding of utilities industry processes (billing, device management, metering, customer service, energy data management)
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and decision-making abilities
- Lead and manage SAP testing efforts, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with project goals
