Specifications: Term ending September 1, 2027 with 2 weeks' notice and possible extension. This position provides services to our multiple sites. Travel between sites will be required. Assignment and hours of work are subject to change at any time as per operational requirements.

- Completed post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction related discipline such as Construction Management, Project Management, or Engineering Technology Program
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is an asset.
- 1-3 years' experience in the capacity of project coordinator
- Demonstrated proficiency working in a computerized environment using MS Office, including MS Project; and Share Point.
- Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both official languages (French and English) is required. If you are not French speaking, a commitment to begin to learn French, take a course or alternate learning is expected;
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to establish and maintain successful working relationships at all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders;
- Ability to read and interpret contract specifications, drawings, construction documents and blueprints.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities;
- Ability to retain information on a strictly confidential basis;
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgement;
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to details;
- Ability and willingness to respond to after-hours emergencies as well as to vary work hours on occasion as required in order to meet tight deadlines;
- Ability to demonstrate a satisfactory employment record, including attendance; and
- Current Criminal Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector and Adult Abuse Registry Check deemed satisfactory by the Employer.
- Applicable rules, acts and regulations and understands the importance of accuracy, security and statutory responsibilities in performing tasks;
