Contract Length - 12 MonthsScope of Work:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Onsite Logistics Representative to manage all logistics operations on-site, ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and attention to detail.Main Responsibilities:
- 1. Coordinate the delivery of components from the arrival point to the project site.
- 2. Create and manage daily and weekly delivery schedules that align with project goals, addressing any potential issues.
- 3. Track and resolve delivery delays, ensuring materials arrive on time.
- 4. Work closely with other teams to ensure logistics support project success.
- 5. Monitor and manage inventory levels to meet project needs.
- 6. Improve logistics processes for better efficiency and cost savings.
- 7. Communicate updates and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- 8. Ensure logistics operations follow safety regulations and quality standards.
- 9. Analyze logistics data to find areas for improvement and make changes.
- 10. Provide regular reports to management on logistics activities.
- Experience in logistics, preferably in construction or similar projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in logistics software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements in logistics.
