- Oversee performance tracking across multiple brands/business units.
- Develop brand-level and consolidated KPIs aligned with organizational strategy.
- Monitor revenue, margins, operational efficiency, inventory, and cost metrics.
- Identify performance gaps and provide strategic recommendations.
- Design and maintain executive-level dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and real-time visibility.
- Build forecasting models and trend analysis reports.
- Present insights to leadership in a clear, concise manner.
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Partner with operations teams to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Evaluate supply chain, logistics, and operational cost structures.
- Support cross-functional initiatives and performance improvement projects.
- Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis.
- Support new brand launches, integrations, or expansion initiatives.
- Develop data-driven growth models and business cases.
- Work closely with senior leadership and department heads.
- Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and reporting solutions.
- Lead cross-functional meetings to align strategy with measurable outcomes.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, and operational strategy.
- Experience building executive dashboards and automated reporting systems.
- Proven experience managing reporting across multiple brands or business units.
- Strong background in operational environments (retail, distribution, manufacturing, multi-unit business, or similar).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field and/or experience.
- Advanced Excel (modeling, forecasting, pivot tables).
- Proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) and strong understanding of financial statements and KPI frameworks.
- Experience with ERP systems and CRM platform and data visualization and storytelling expertise.
