Worker Type: EmployeeJob Post End Date: 09/09/2025About this opportunity:Reporting to the Manager, Asset Scheduling, the Senior Scheduler, Asset Maintenance is responsible for the planning, coordination, and scheduling of all preventive, corrective, and campaign maintenance activities on the FPSO and/or WWR Platform. This role ensures that maintenance work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards, minimizing downtime and maximizing asset integrity.What you’ll do:Develop and maintain the integrated maintenance schedule using SAP PM, working with onshore planning teams to align offshore and onshore maintenance strategiesCoordinate with discipline engineers, maintenance planners and vendors to ensure work orders are ready and resources are availablePrioritize maintenance tasks based on criticality, safety, and production impactMonitor and support reporting on maintenance goals and metrics (e.g., schedule compliance, backlog)Support shutdown and turnaround planning and execution and seek opportunities for continuous improvementParticipate in planning and coordination meetings with offshore teamsWho you are:Our ideal candidate will have the following minimum qualifications:Legally authorized to work in CanadaTechnical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fieldMinimum 8 years of experience in maintenance planning/scheduling, preferably in offshore oil & gas operationsProficient in CMMS systems (SAP PM, Maximo, or similar)Strong understanding of offshore safety standardsWe acknowledge the value of transferrable skills and may consider equivalent combinations of experience and education should you not meet a specific requirement.Note: The application deadline for this position is 11:59 PM MT September 8th, 2025.This is a safety sensitive position and will be subject to offshore pre-placement Fitness for Work assessments, which includes drug and alcohol screening, a CAPP medical and BST/HUEBA testingYou must be able to travel via helicopter and boat.
