Canadian citizenship is required for this position as part of the need to be eligible for highly sensitive projects requiring security clearance. Candidate must be fluent in Canadian French and English and be able to communicate, both verbally and in writing, to clients, construction teams and applicable authorities having jurisdiction throughout Quebec in both languages. Professional Engineer (licensed in Quebec) with at least 10-15 years of experience in consulting engineering and performing facility design. A minimum requirement of 5 years or Canadian design experience must be met. Fire Protection Professional Engineering Licensure in the United States is an asset but not a requirement. Knowledge of HydraCALC would be considered an asset. Knowledge or experience working with FM Global and other commercial insurance regulatory bodies would be an asset.
