- Relevant college, university, or post-graduate degree in Engineering or related education
- 5 years of experience working as a Functional Lead in Salesforce
- 3 years of experience in the financial industry
- Proven experience delivering Salesforce solutions at scale in highly regulated, enterprise-scale environments
- Deep understanding of banking workflows, customer and product lifecycle, and financial compliance
- Strong experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with core banking systems and data lakes
- Ability to lead conversations with cross-functional teams and engage effectively with executives, senior leaders, and technical teams
- Familiarity with Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and DevOps pipelines in enterprise settings
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
- Experience with digital Salesforce Administration and Functional Design
- Additional certifications or training in Salesforce or related technologies
- Experience in conducting workshops and requirement gathering sessions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, requirements, and pain points
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering and refinement sessions with product owners and other relevant stakeholders
- Identify and propose best possible Salesforce out-of-the-box solutions or suitable custom solutions
- Prepare and present material to design authority for review of problem statements and proposed solutions
- Perform POC and impact analysis on existing Salesforce processes and configurations
- Create functional artifacts such as refined epics and user stories ready for development
- Participate in all scrum ceremonies and lead squad refinement sessions
- Support QA by providing functional scenarios, clarifying requirements, and reviewing test cases
- Assist in defect triage and resolution
