- Order all necessary parts (OEM, aftermarket, used) according to insurance guidelines and repair estimates.
- Coordinate parts delivery with repair timelines to ensure technicians have what they need, when they need it.
- Input and track part costs, arrival status, and other relevant details in Body Shop Connect.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm availability, backorders, returns, or delays.
- Perform quality checks on all received parts to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Work closely with technicians and estimators to update repair status and resolve any part-related issues.
- Return unused or incorrect parts in a timely manner and manage credits.
- Keep accurate records of all orders, returns, and costs.
- Maintain a clean and organized parts area.
