  • Complete site visits to document existing conditions in both greenfield and brownfield heavy industrial projects
  • Assist in electrical detailed design / analysis (related to electrical layouts, single line diagrams, connection/ wiring drawings, load calculations, etc.) for major utility/industrial clients.
  • Participate in detailed drawing review and mark-up for designers / drafters.
  • Produce construction documents, such as scope of work, bill of materials, and schedules
  • Complete projects from Kick-off through completion of Construction / Commissioning
Qualifications
  • Enrolled in an electrical engineering program
  • Valid Canadian Driver's License is required
  • Passing pre-hire fitness for work (i.e. medical test)
The salary for this position ranges from $23.75 to $29.40 per hour, depending on your academic profile, the number of credits earned, and your previous co-op or internship experience. The final offer and salary may be adjusted based on your unique profile. Remuneration will include:
  • Air travel to and from Labrador City will be provided at the start and end of the work term
  • Company vehicle will be provided throughout the work term (shared)
  • Accommodations will be provided in Labrador West
  • A per diem will be provided according to company policy
