- Record and post cash receipts while accurately applying payments to the corresponding invoices.
- Perform credit checks and manage credit limits to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Complete credit applications for new vendor accounts.
- Enter accounts payable data into Great Plains (GP) software with precision.
- Process and verify employee expense reports in a timely manner.
- Print and distribute payable invoices to relevant parties within the office.
- Prepare and send customer invoices for accounts receivable.
- Coordinate cheque mailing and handle wire transfer confirmations.
- Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and records.
- Proficiency in account reconciliation and managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
- Experience with billing, data entry, and invoice processing.
- Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with Great Plains (GPAC) software.
- Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting and Dynamics systems.
- Ability to handle cash applications with accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with vendors, employees, and customers.
