Permanent Full Time-We're looking for an Associate Manager, Product Marketing who will play a critical role in shaping how workplace benefits and retirement products are positioned, launched and experienced in the market. This role partners closely with the Manager, Product Marketing to translate strategy, insight and business priorities into clear messaging, value propositions and go-to-market plans that drive results.Who you areA confident, collaborative marketer who can influence and guide decisions at all levelsStrategic in your thinking, with the ability to translate insight into clear, practical marketing recommendationsComfortable owning work end-to-end - from framing the problem through to delivery and executionCurious, innovative and open to testing new ideas and approachesRespected for your recommendations, follow-through and ability to bring others alongWhat you will do:Lead product marketing initiativesOwn product, segment or lifecycle marketing initiatives of moderate to high complexityTranslate enterprise and business strategies into clear product positioning, messaging and go-to-market approachesContribute to the development and evolution of value propositions, personas and messaging frameworksProvide informed marketing guidance that shapes decisions, priorities and directionDeliver strong go-to-market executionDevelop and execute go-to-market plans for new and enhanced products, aligned to business priorities and timelinesEnsure messaging is applied consistently and effectively across tactics and touchpointsEnsure content meets Canada Life voice, brand and style standardsDevelop and maintain plans, approvals and documentation in tools such as Workfront and SharePointProvide clear progress updates, surface risks early and navigate competing prioritiesMeasure, learn and continuously improveDefine success measures for initiatives and monitor performanceUse insights and analytics to optimize marketing efforts and inform future recommendationsContribute to continuous improvement in product marketing ways of working, tools and practicesWhat you will bring:3-5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, go-to-market initiatives or complex campaign developmentUniversity degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related fieldProven ability to lead work through influence rather than formal authorityStrong project leadership skills, including planning, stakeholder management and deliveryExperience in financial services, insurance, workplace benefits, retirement or other regulated industries is an assetYou'll have the opportunity toLead meaningful product marketing work with visible business and customer impactHelp shape how Canada Life's workplace offerings are understood and experiencedWork in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment alongside experienced marketing and business partnersGiven the size and scope of our organization, we have the flexibility for this position to be located in the following head office locations: London, Toronto and Winnipeg. This is a hybrid position with 3 office days per week.-The base salary for this position is between $75,600 - $125,600 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
