- Keep lines of communication open and be accountable for your time throughout the day.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels in Housekeeping storerooms throughout the resort.
- Complete daily tasks in a timely manner as determined by the Distribution & Controls Supervisor.
- Ensure all calls are prioritized in order of importance and responded to promptly.
- Communicate with the Housekeeping-Office and Front Desk regarding any calls that are unclear or not fully understood.
- Always adhere to the strictest personal and radio conduct when in uniform and on duty.
- Drive Panorama vehicles at speeds no greater than 30 km/hr, following all Panorama road-signs. Always yield to pedestrians and guest vehicles when on duty.
- Report all inventory deficiencies or damage to units/around the resort to the Housekeeping Coordinator immediately.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Valid British Columbia driver’s license required.
- Able to multi-task, work well under stress and meet targeted deadlines.
- Must be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions & priorities.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, late nights and holidays. This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy.
- Must possess safe work habits and an awareness of safe work procedures.
- Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals (rubber gloves are provided).
- Must be in good physical condition, fit & able to lift heavy objects for prolonged periods of time.
