Description & Requirementsabout the roleAs Sr. Manager, Brand Marketing NA, you will be responsible for bringing the lululemon brand to Consumers and our Guests through various initiatives and campaigns across a variety of channels. You will inspire, guide and lead collaboration with cross-functional partners to develop and execute integrated campaigns.responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving regional campaign strategy and execution
  • Owner of campaign strategy, brief creation and channel collaboration and steering to create integrated go-to-market brief for Tier 1-3 campaigns
  • Lead the brand marketing campaign process for assigned initiatives and the be central POC for the enterprise
  • Partner with Product teams to create and validate product messaging
  • Manage cross functional marketing budget to ensure appropriate allocation, usage and adherence to budget guidelines; including ensuring budget remains on track
  • Lead and manage timeline creation/execution, working closely with Creative Operations
  • Inspire and mentor team of direct reports to deliver best-in-class work and support in their development journey

  • Bachelors degree
  • 10 years of relevant experience
  • Global experience, behaviour and mindset
  • Effective and collaborative stakeholder manager across the organization
  • Expert negotiator, influencer and relationship builder
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Experience working quickly and efficiently, and keeping pace in a fast environment

Compensation and Benefits Packagelululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $125,800 - 165,200 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
