- Build, manage and convert a specification-driven project pipeline
- Influence projects early in the design cycle
- Lead sales activity with architects, designers, developers, contractors, engineers and installers
- Drive new business development across interior and exterior product applications
- Manage long sales cycles across Western Canada
- Execute regional and national specification sales strategies
- Maintain CRM accuracy, forecasting and pipeline reporting
- 7+ years of experience in specification-led building product sales
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Direct experience working with architects, designers and engineering professionals
- Demonstrated success influencing design decisions and winning specifications
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently across a large territory
- The discussed base salary is $115,000 plus commission
- Candidates with additional experience and higher compensation expectations may also be considered
