📍 Cambridge, Ontario - Established Family Practice***Supervision Available***Position Overview Our Client is recruiting a Family Physician to join an established practice in Cambridge with strong existing patient volumes and full administrative support.
This opportunity offers immediate integration into a busy clinic with collaborative specialist support and integrated services.Compensation & Structure
  • Compensation target: $300,000-$350,000 annually
  • Three-month income stabilization (no overhead)
  • 25% overhead following stabilization
Practice Environment
  • Established and busy patient base
  • Onsite clinical and administrative support
  • Integrated internal medicine services
  • Diagnostics and allied health support
  • Full IMG support structure
This position is ideal for a physician seeking a turnkey practice with predictable earnings and strong patient demand.Requirements
  • Licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
  • American Board Certified Family Physician or Board Eligible
(CPSO supervision available through Physician on site) * CMPA coverage (or equivalent)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
