
NetSuite Administrator - Support Operations Specialist - Remote

- Serve as first responder for NetSuite support tickets, triaging incidents and tasks based on priority and impact
- Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain proper security controls and compliance
- Monitor system performance and address issues proactively to minimize business disruption
- Coordinate and implement bi-annual NetSuite releases and updates
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, customizations, and standard operating procedures
- Process user provisioning requests including role assignments and permission modifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, errors, and user-reported problems
- Perform regular system maintenance activities including data cleanup and optimization
- Support data imports, exports, and basic integration management
- Create and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to support operational needs
- Assist with testing system changes, updates, and new functionality
- Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on NetSuite functionality
- Document and track recurring issues to identify opportunities for permanent resolution
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite administration
- Strong understanding of NetSuite security model, user roles, and permission management
- Experience managing support tickets and prioritizing work in a structured environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Proficiency in creating and modifying saved searches, reports, and basic workflows
- Understanding of NetSuite data structure and relationships between record types
- Experience with system monitoring and performance optimization
- Ability to work independently while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot issues related to integrations for Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Fixed Assets and tax modules
- NetSuite Administrator certification required
- Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteScript (basic understanding), and CSV imports/exports
- Knowledge of best practices for ERP system administration and support
- Strong understanding of P2P, OTC, FAM, Tax modules
- 3+ years within a service industry setting and is proficient with basic finance modules
- 3+ Experience with IT service management tools and ticket systems
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
