- Review and refine PM tasks based on Shift Leaders’ feedback; implement best practices to improve equipment uptime and reliability.
- Improve adoption and effective use of CMMS; ensure data accuracy, reporting, and integration into daily operations.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient maintenance facilities; lead initiatives such as 5S, Lean, and TPM.
- Oversee training, mentorship, and development of apprentices; align objectives with operational goals.
- Assist with projects, upgrades, and process improvements; collaborate with teams to solve technical issues.
- Lead and execute maintenance-related continuous improvement (CI) projects aimed at increasing equipment reliability, safety, and efficiency.
- Analyze equipment performance data, downtime trends, and failure modes to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
- Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality teams to design and implement equipment modifications for improved performance and reduced maintenance costs.
- Standardize maintenance processes and procedures to ensure consistency across shifts and teams.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction through spare parts optimization, energy efficiency projects, and process enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field.
- Preventive and predictive maintenance knowledge.
- Familiarity with Lean, TPM, and 5S.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to mentor and train team members.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement.
