The Lake Joseph is Hiring! Position Summary We are currently seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Bar Back / Busser to support our Food & Beverage team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth service operations by maintaining cleanliness, assisting bartenders and servers, and enhancing the overall guest experience. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders with restocking beverages, glassware, ice, and bar supplies Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and service stations Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly and efficiently Support servers and bartenders during busy service periods Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards Provide friendly, professional support to team members and guests. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage is an asset, but not required Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items This is a seasonal position beginning May until Labour Day Weekend.
