- Define and drive product strategy for a core area of the Wholesale Network.
- Translate complex customer and business problems into clear, actionable product direction.
- Craft feature definitions and scope that balance customer impact, technical feasibility, and long-term platform health.
- Own prioritization and roadmap decisions in partnership with engineering and design.
- Lead discovery efforts with customers and internal stakeholders to validate problems and shape solutions.
- Drive execution from concept through launch, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Define success metrics, measure outcomes, and iterate based on evidence.
- Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively align across product surfaces.
- Contribute to longer-term platform strategy and future roadmap planning.
- Partner with Go-to-Market teams to ensure thoughtful, well-supported launches.
- The team has clarity. Engineers and designers understand the problem, constraints, and what success looks like, and feel ownership over the solution.
- The roadmap reflects a coherent strategy, not just incremental feature delivery.
- You make explicit, well-reasoned tradeoffs between customer impact, technical complexity, and business outcomes.
- Ambiguity doesn't stall progress. You define assumptions, validate them quickly, and move forward.
- Product decisions are grounded in evidence, customer insight, usage data, and measurable results.
- Stakeholders trust your judgment and rely on you to align priorities across teams.
- Risks and dependencies are surfaced early and managed proactively.
- Shipped work leads to meaningful improvements in customer experience and product performance.
- The team feels focused, empowered, and confident about what's next.
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a similar field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, owning and delivering complex software products.
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive execution in cross-functional environments.
- Experience working closely with engineering on technically complex systems (e.g., structured data, integrations, large-scale catalogs, or platform-level features).
- Strong prioritization skills and comfort making tradeoffs with incomplete information.
- Experience leading customer discovery and translating insights into shipped solutions.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments and modern product development practices.
- Ability to define success metrics and use data to inform decisions.
- Understanding of SMB or enterprise wholesale between merchants and brands/suppliers.
- Retail and e-commerce industry experience.
- Strong product judgment and systems thinking. You can break down complex, interconnected problems and identify where to start.
- Comfort operating at multiple altitudes, shaping strategy while staying sharp on execution details.
- A disciplined approach to experimentation and iteration.
- Clear, direct communication that aligns teams with competing priorities.
- Confidence working with enterprise stakeholders and nuanced use cases.
- A bias toward action. You create clarity and momentum rather than waiting for it.
