
Project Administrator

- Support Project Managers and Superintendents with administrative functions
- Maintain organized project documentation from start to closeout
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
- Track productivity data and assist with project controls
- Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and reports
- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence and drawings
- Assist with payroll reporting and employee documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety and auditing procedures
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Prolog or Procore is an asset
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Willingness to work on-site in the GTA and in the Burlington office
