The Sales Coordinator supports the business by coordinate sales, managing administrative tasks, updating the CRM system, assist with marketing, and ensuring efficient communication between departments and customers. This role helps optimize sales and business operations and contributes to the overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Responsibilities:
Managing inbound and unsolicited prospect calls and leads
Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product or service information
Maintain and update CRM systems, customer databases, and sales records
Coordinate with sales representatives, finance, and customer support teams
Assist with contract preparation and documentation management
Organize meetings, presentations, and sales materials
Provide coverage of support and administration duties as necessary
Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology
You Possess:
Grade 12 and progressive experience 4-6 years or post secondary certificate or degree/diploma program and 1-3 years of experience required
Experience supporting sales operations is a valuable asset
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing is preferred
Experience using CRM program
Familiarity with technology products/services (SaaS, fleet/transport tech, logistics tech, IT services, etc.) is an asset * Proficiency in Office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and Google Workspace is an asset
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Time management and deadline adherence
